Master of Business Administration (Financial Management), Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice. Has 16 years’ experience teaching financial management. Has consulted for 6 years on financial management and strategy for private and civil society organizations. Has 4 years’ experience in curriculum development and new training program development. He is a doctoral student studying the relationship between off-balance sheet leases and financial distress among Kenyan companies

Mr. Duncan Ndegwa - Project Consultant

PhD Development studies (on going),Master of Science; Bachelor of Education; Graduate Diploma in Business Management; and Diploma in Human Resource Management professional. He has extensive experience in Enterprise Development including Value Chain Development, Economic Empowerment, Vocational Training, project formulation/implementation and curricula materials development. He is also an OPI assessor and a passionate trainer (16 years’ experience).

Master of Management and Leadership; Bachelor of Business in Marketing; ICM Graduate Diploma in Marketing among other trainings in business diagnostics and organizational development. He has extensive experience in Business Excellence being OPI champion and assessor helping multi-sectoral corporates & SMEs to drive global competitiveness as consultant and trainer. Tom has worked in Manufacturing and service sectors for the last 18 years. He is currently the Head of Business Solutions Centre at KIM.

Roselyne Njino - Senior Communications Officer

Roselyne Njino is currently a Senior Communications Officer in Kenya Bankers Association. With over eight years of progressive communications experience, Roselyne has a proven track record in strategic communications and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications, concentrating in Public Relations. Roselyne is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication at Daystar University. She has been instrumental and provided leadership as a Project Manager in the roll-out of the Inuka Enterprise Programme.
